Pressure sensitive (self-adhesive) film and paper stock for the production of labels.  We have custom topcoats for virtually any print method - including offset, flexo, laser, LED, HP Indigo, and both UV and aqueous inkjet printing.  We also offer a wide variety of permanent, mid-tack, and removable adhesives, as well as specialized liners to fit your application.

Transfer tapes are self-adhesive products used to transform an unsupported film or paper into a pressure sensitive product.  Strata-Tac offers two categories: Two-Liner Transfer Tapes & Double Coated Transfer Tapes.  Two-liner transfer tapes can be used to make window decals, integral labels, blood bag labels, freezer labels, and labels for durable goods.  Using a two liner transfer tape will also allow for printing underneath the adhesive.  Double coated tapes start with carrier and allows for your choice of adheisves for either side of the tape.  Double coated tapes are a great way to add a support layer to the substrate of your choice.

These are popular products designed for the production of integral and affixed labels and ID cards . Integral labels are form/label combinations designed to be compatible with digital printing, including all production laser equipment. The form and label are imaged at the same time to ensure no chance of a mismatch. All pre-print is identical between the form and label to ensure a perfect color match.  Integral products lay flat and are printer-friendly.  Affixed cards and labels such as clean release cards or piggyback labels are used when the client wants the label or ID card to sit on top of a carrier.  Many different choices are available.

Coupon films and face stocks for the production of instant redeemable coupons (IRC) labels and clean release ID cards.  Strata-Tac produces a variety of stock patterns for clean release coupon films.  Custom patterns are also available.  We offer both pressure sensitive and non-pressure sensitive films for the addition of face stocks on press.  Our standard star pattern is ideal for the production of IRC labels.

Protect and enhance your print with Strata-Tac's protective overlaminates.  These laminates can be printable as well.  One common use for our overlaminates is the production of integral ID cards.  We have both matte and gloss overlaminates that can be printed via offset, laser, inkjet, and HP Indigo.  Our laminates come with a release liner.  Many adhesive choices are available.

Strata-Tac has a wide selection of release liners for a variety of applications.  These applications include hot melt, lay-flat, printable liners, specialty releases, and clear products. Piggyback label stock can be used for innovative and functional label designs.  These label stocks have two layers of adhesive separated by a mid-liner.  Strata-Tac also offers piggy "half-backs" so you can apply a face stock of your choice.  Piggyback labels may include a latex or metallized BOPP face stock.  PET films are also commonly used for durable label applications.  Piggyback label stock can be made to be compatible with virtually any print method.
