Two liner transfer tape used to add adhesive to the substrate of your choice. Print on to the face and back of a window decal and then laminate adhesive over the print. Laminate the adhesive to the printed side of a clear film to protect the print from UV rays and/or other exposures. The clear liner is ideal when showing off high color prime labels. The #616 perm is a laser compatible permanent adhesive with high tack and good resistance to outdoor
